- One Infineon name-brand 512MB, 200-pin SODIMM, DDR, 333MHz, PC2700 memory module – Infineon P/N HYS64D64020HDL-6-B. This is a “like new” Infineon name-brand RAM memory module taken from a working Dell Latitude C840 laptop. 1) Dell Latitude C-Port II Laptop Docking Station + EXTRAS - Model 1978U + Dell Monitor Stand 4354D + AC Pwr Adapter. Note: If interested, I also have another similar docking station + AC power supply for sale, just without the actual monitor stand. I am also throwing in for free, if interested, some software CD's and a system manual specific to the Dell Latitude C840 that I no longer need.
7) I haven't listed them yet, but I also have various RAM memory cards (for Dell, HP, Acer laptops etc.) - 256mb to 512mb. If interested, I can give you the descriptions and specifications for compatibility.
